See Aquaman Footage In Justice League As Henry Cavill Trolls Green Lantern Fans

We only saw a small snippet of Aquaman in BvS. And now director Zack Snyder has given us a bit more to chew on from footage cut from Justice League. The November 16, 2017 installment will bring all the pieces together, but one of the characters that many fans will have a key eye on is Jason Momoa's Arthur Curry.

Snyder was earmarked as the man responsible for the slide in the DC Extended Universe and it's fortunes working on his own accord for BvS. As the critics and moviegoers were left confused, puzzled and irritated at the lack of direction and misappropriation of a basic plot. By means of leaking images and small scenes cut right from the set, the filmmaker is hoping to get back in the good graces of all involved.

How Much Longer For The Trailer?

The constant tease is one thing, but eventually Snyder, Warner Brothers and DC Films need to deliver on a trailer that will showcase how these effects come through on screen. Clearly this is a clever ploy by Snyder, who hopes to keep fans engaged with the blockbuster. All while audience members for the special visual effects screening managed to see selective clips that were intended to illustrate the prowess of the CGI implemented in production.

The Curry character will be one of three superheroes who will not have had a standalone movie before the premiere of Justice League. Joining Cyborg and The Flash in waiting for their own piece of the DC pie. The good news for fans wanting to see Furious 7 filmmaker James Wan put his stamp on Aquaman is that he has secured the same stunt team George Miller utilized for his action masterpiece Mad Max: Fury Road. A move that should amp up the excitement and expectation levels tenfold.

Kal Trolls Hal As HC Sees The Funny Side

Other Kal looking for Hal #GreenLantern #Kal

Fan speculation will always reach their intended target in the age of social media. As Superman himself Henry Cavill decided to play around with the idea that Green Lantern Corps could either feature in a cameo of Justice League, or himself appear in a standalone flick. Taking a snap on Instagram with the reflection of a Green Lantern cutout appearing close by, Cavill remarked, "Other Kal looking for Hal #GreenLantern #Kal."

No one from DC or Warner Brothers have confirmed a leading role for an actor to take on a Green Lantern Corps picture. Coming only a few years from the Ryan Reynolds flop. Armie Hammer has been mentioned but, without any casting news on the horizon, the chances of a cameo from the green hero are next to nil in the ensemble.
