Chris Pratt Looks For Marvel Extension With Dave Bautista Keen For Bond 25

Although the critics argued that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 could have been a better picture, the consensus is that the sequel delivers on what it promised. As director James Gunn came out to announce his involvement in a third installment, lead man Chris Pratt is already forecasting well beyond that timeframe.

The studio has scheduled well in advance for phase 4 of the MCU, but the exact detail of what those will involve is only for them to know and for us to discover at a later juncture. May 1, 2020, July 10, 2020 and November 6, 2020 have already been earmarked as speculation mounts about the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans with their involvement in the franchise moving forward, having been integral members since the original iterations.

Marvel Will Have To Kick Me Out: Pratt

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2

Speaking with /FILM this week ahead of the blockbuster release in cinemas, Pratt explained that his passion to stay within the Marvel family is greater than it has ever been. Contracted since the 2014 original Guardians of the Galaxy and suiting up again for this month's edition, the former Parks and Recreation star has only officially agreed terms for a Vol. 3 as well as two Avengers movies, believed to be Infinity War Parts 1 and 2.

"I'll tell you, as much as I love Marvel, it doesn't matter how many I have contracted, because I'm going to continue to work with them," he insisted. "I want to. I love working with them. I'm going to continue to work with them whether they like it or not. Even if they write me out, I'm going to show up on set and be like, 'Hey, man!' They're done. They don't get to shake me."

Bautista: If Craig Comes Back, Hinx Might Join Him

Dave Bautista as Spectre Villain

Drax the Destroyer is clearly a part that comes naturally to 48-year old Dave Bautista. The former WWE star had a career of showboating his incredible physique in the ring and now he is translating that to the big screen next to Pratt and co.

But it is the part as Mr. Hinx in the 2015 James Bond epic Spectre that drew a lot of attention. He outlined this week that should Daniel Craig return, there is a great possibility of him reprising his role in the series.

"Believe me we're talking about it a lot," remarked Bautista to Metro. "We're waiting at home with our fingers crossed... We're waiting for the news to see if Daniel will sign up for Bond 25, because then there's a chance that Hinx will come back."
