Tell me what’s wrong with the following run-on sentence... A Tom Hanks film, starring Tom Hanks, written by Tom Hanks, produced by Tom Hanks and directed by Tom Hanks. Give up? The answer is everything. Two-time Oscar winner Hanks sets a new standard for box office futility in Universal Pictures’ utterly inept Larry Crowne.

Ick

Wow. I usually like Tom Hanks and don't hate Julia Roberts but this looks bad. Tom Hanks character reminds me of an only slightly more intelligent Forrest Gump and Miss Roberts is doing an over the top Audrey Hepburn impression in several scenes. Seems like it might be better if you are less intelligent. Maybe I'll like it after a few more blows to the head.

Larry Crowne? I thought it was going to be a remake of Harry Brown with Tom Hanks taking out the trash like Charles Bronson.

Hrrrmmmm

Looks like it could be good. I've been wating (a bit too long) for another Tom Hanks movie and it's finally here. Though I kinda wish he'd stop playing 'down on his luck' characters. Like always, Julia Roberts doesn't look like she's aged in the last ten years. I wonder what she looks like without makeup.
