Dave Siegel, a seemingly ordinary, moderately happy, 30-something New Yorker who tied the knot years ago with Greta. He and his two best friends, Cal and Jake seem to embody three distinct ways to approach 21st century relationships: faith, freedom and total insecurity.

But Dave, his buddies and even his wife, are about to have everything they ever thought they knew about friendship, love, sex and marriage flipped upside down when they encounter the super-sexy, undeniably manipulative, totally irresistible Lily Kildear, who seduces them each in her own extraordinary way.

A hot-shot lawyer, Lily has the strange ability to hone right in on people’s sexual vulnerabilities. She senses Greta’s uncertainty about her marriage, as well as Dave’s impending marital itch; she also sees right through Jake’s desperate “nice guy” act; and she’s got Cal’s number, realizing he’s been keeping a naughty secret from his faithful girlfriend for years: his addiction to foreign models. As Lily works her way through Dave’s life and friends, she exposes anxieties, identity crises, skeletons in the closet and a never-satisfied hunger for love – creating a massive, intertwined snag only Dave can unsnarl.
