Who Are You?The Machinist is easily in the top 5 of my all-time favorite movies, its just that good. And the whole reason I ever gave it a thought was due to this trailer. At the time there were -so- many trailers for movies that gave away the whole movie or spoiled all the good parts. But this trailer gave just enough to intrigue while leaving so much unexplained you just have to see the movie to get them answered. It's always been one of my 'how to make a trailer' examples when I go off on a rant.
The movie itself is great. It's directed by Session 9's Brad Anderson and the films have the similar murky-muddled feel that allows you to feel as confused as the characters do.
