Rio

If youâ€™ve come to this site for the definitive view on an animated feature, you may want to google â€œmovie reviews KIDSâ€ next time. That said, every now and then I (reluctantly) slip into my local cinema for a Friday matinee of a cartoon, er... animated feature, especially when itâ€™s likely to top the box office charts. 20th Century Foxâ€™s Rio is one such bird (literally) and Iâ€™m proud to say I didnâ€™t fall asleep! Not exactly a ringing endorsement, but outside of some brilliant animation, Iâ€™m hard pressed to say more.

Synopsis was good... Trailer bad

Reading the synopsis I thought it would be in Pixar fashion. A self-discovery type of movie... instead its another silly bumbling animal movie... shame
