Johnny (Vinnie Jones), trying to escape his violent past, ends up in the least safe safe-house in the world. Sandwiched between a drug den run by a Jamaican drug-lord (Eriq LaSalle) and a pirate radio station belonging to a Rasta DJ (Lennox Lewis). When a former comrade shows up determined to drag Vinnie back into the fray, his actions ignite a simmering war on two fronts with his drug-dealing neighbor and his former boss.
