bated breathOkay, I could care less which nationality made this. The fact is it's out there. And that's awesome. I've relished the release of movies like Dead Snow, Hobo with a Shotgun, and Bad Biology over the last few years. Yeah, the economy sucks, but this is escapist pure and simple. I'd sooner buy a ticket for this than Spiderman, Avengers, and Batman combined.

Multi-nationalIt's actually a Finnish-German-Australian production shot in Germany and Australia and i can't wait for it to be released here in Australia. Looks funny as all hell and only cost 7.5 million euros . What more could you ask for in a movie...Nazis in space and taking the piss outta Americans =D

No B-flickThis looks like a B-movie story with a blockbuster budget that wisely isn't taking itself too seriously. And I think the resemblance to Sarah Palin is less than coincidental. :) Thrills! Laughs! Explosions! I think I'd forget how done-to-death Nazis are as villains and go see it.

RightGriffin-
Heh. 50/50 on the seriousness of this or just playing along with the movie. If the former, and because I know people out there think like that, deal with it. The same could be said about and convience or non-essential. This is private business, not the government. It isn't even US based, as mentioned, so poo on the debt and economy (the latter of which will benefit by the exchange of currency and taxes). I'm sure you'll have as much luck with the peace rally as the rest of this.

FinallyThe first trailer i saw about a year ago made this look like a serious movie based on the original conspiracy theory that the Nazi’s left from Antarctica to go to the moon.
This however now looks like a very bad attempt at at several sci-fi movies with really bad jokes, and for some reason the chick in the red top reminds me of Sarah Palin.
Anyway on that note i can't wait to see this, you can't beat a good B grade flick and one way or the other i was going to see this movie.

correction@trillionare - First off the 4.4.12 release date is only for the UK, and maybe some other regions out that way. They don't seem to have gotten a wide distribution deal, as they are marketing for requests by anyone who wants the film to be shown in their area (check their official site).
Also, get your comments straight. "Griffin" made the overly outraged comments, not "master reviewer."
@Griffin - seriously, relax. The director, who is Finnish and doesn't have as close to the same views as you do, spent 6 years getting this movie made. It is his dream project, not a hollywood money-grabber. You might know that if you were an actual film fanatic.

informationofficial release date is 4.4.2012 but it will be shown on Berlin movie festival today on 10.2. so it's kinda pre-show. And for the "master reviewer" - it's not an american movie, it's Finnish movie, a country that has healthy economics and no wars with anyone since WW2.
