He is our modern day Charles Bronson, and deserves higher paying, and respectfully grander movie roles offered to him. This trailer was rockin' and I can't wait to view it!

I've always loved Danny's work - he brings real life grit and brutality to the screen. Sometimes life isn't so pretty and perfect, and Danny knows how to get that across. Even bit parts, like on George Lopez's show, are entertaining. I could still enjoy watching him in ANY kind of movie.

Can't wait to watch it! I love Danny because he never stops working. He continues to push himself and stay working, which for those who don't know, in the entertainment biz its sometimes brutal. I"m glad to see that he headlines movies now. He has been a part of so many great projects. In many the scenes just wouldnt' be the same without him. There is no one working today that has his look, his style, his voice. Danny you are truly an inspiration to many of us to keep pushing forward, to work hard, and never give up on our goals and dreams.

So I think its how the trailer is pitched that is not quite right. From what I see the substance of the film is there. Change the narration wording because it does make it slightly cliche. Maybe not so much of it either. The music is not right either it doesn't fit. It could work better with maybe some accoustic guitars as a build up to indie rock tune. Pick the scenes carefully that you want to pitch the audience make the cuts quicker and sharper so the audience wants more. Its all about pitch and you've concentrated too much on the tradgey. Infact would be better not to give it away... Show the other side the revenge and anger first that gives a teaser to the tradgey surrounding the characters life. My cent for today :-)

Another film that will be a must buy on DVD .
A lot of actors can appear only in high buget hollywood films to avoid bad press , a great actor like Danny can appear in any film to immediately get that film noticed small buget or large. This film will be joinin many of his films on my shelves.

Lead role in a high-concept movie at last! Danny deserves it. I can't think of another non-A-List actor who has the star power of an A-Lister than my buddy Danny. May this film reign supreme!

I saw this movie It was called "Death Wish" with Charles Bronson. I like Danny Trejo but the script is not original and the production values are really weak. Just keepin it real.

and PS this isn't a comeback for Danny, he makes more movies than half these people in hollywood do. He has been a character actor for years. He is good at playing a certain type of role because he knows what it is like to do time and be the bad ass. He has worked his way up through so much and he is doing amazingly well!

It's a payback film, get over it. We're you expecting art house or indie magic in this genre. Danny trejo has done a lot for a lot of people in this world and that is worth the price of admission in itself.
