w the movie trailer
There are 2 movies called “W The Movie” and Stone’s is actually the 2nd one. The first, apparently, has been in the works since 2005 and I discovered the trailer for it on youtube.
The ‘other W’ is a lot different and it looks very psychedelic.

Bush
It's good to see that you have seen the movie "Me". Thanks for acting like a good little American by assuming and judging without seeing the film. From what I saw in the trailer, it looked fairly neutral. He does have a DUI on his record, liked to drink, got into fights, and went to Yale. That's what I saw in the trailer. I don't understand the fabrications. But again, please enlighten me sense you have seemed to somehow master quantum physics, gone into the future, and viewed this entire movie.

This movie is rediculous, there are parts that have been completely fabricated and it is just a smear piece. Granted, GWB has been a bad president, but people will read into this movie as fact, when in reality, it is not even an accurate depiction.

Horror Movie
Although the teaser is good, I will not dignify any film about Nixon, Raygun or the Shrub by paying anybody to see it. I didn't go to the Nixon film and I won't be going to this film. These guys are common criminals who see themselves as so special, that they are above the laws of the U.S. and they can break any of them that they choose with a swipe of their presidential pen - ! Same for Clinton or any other grand po-bah that thinks he is a gift from whatever god he believes in. The total arrogance of Bush and his ilk is disgusting.

It really is true that the good die young. This current administration's players will live forever and we will keep right on paying them for all the devastation they have visited on the U.S. and the rest of the world. To hell with all Dems, Gops, Indies, and Liebertarians. You are all full of it, and no matter who gets elected tomorrow, it isn't going to save the nation from the bancruptcy that is facing NOW.

This movie will change absolutely nothing.

yay josh brolin.
why's everybody saying this is a mockumentary? it sure doesn't look like one
by flabbybuns | July 28, 2008, 12:37PM
Misunderstood Me
I think you misunderstood me. Just pointing out that this mockumentary is one that the HOllywood left (which is most of Hollywood) could get behind.

When it comes to ripping on Bush or Clinton, I don't go for it. While I don't understand the reasoning of war crimes -- what? -- both presidents have made their mistakes.

But what everybody should do is stop taking this film seriously. If you are on the left and watch the film and go, "so true, what an idiot," you're the idiot. If you are on the right and think, "how dare they attack my president!" You're also an idiot. It's a movie that has fun with Bush's college party boy roots. Yes, we can all predict that there is some animosity in Hollywood (love the bumper stickers) but the film comes down to enjoying it as a movie and not as a statement.

I'm libertarian by the way. So I'm both loved (and hated) by both sides. ;)

Heated
Shows how polarized the country is when so many begin to yell at eachother over a mockumentary.
by a "democratic loser" | July 28, 2008, 9:33AM
yup
First guy, yea I guess it was just the worst to have Clinton in office, I mean not having the whole world hate us, not having our men sent to their deaths for oil, having a national surplus rather than huge amounts of debt, yea that was just the worst we could have had, but as long as Bush isnt getting a hummer in the oval office he can kill as many people as he wants and drive this country into the ground, ok jackass, just keep driving your big old pickup truck full of iraqi gas and chase around the Jews and the blacks, thats the good Jesus loving Bush ass kissing thing to do, well done
by mb | July 28, 2008, 3:25AM
wow you guys are democrat losers
bush really hasnt been that bad of a president ESPECIALLY compared to clinton.....seriously everybody complains about bush but he was voted in office twice. democrats are the most hippocritical assholes for example flabbybuns, if the retarded americans voted for him obviously they are a majority so our country must not be good enough for you so get the fuck out.
by COE | July 28, 2008, 12:49AM
pfft
are you kidding me? stop giving this moron attention. he's a political/corporate gangster, and wants any kind of attention he can get to leave any kind of legacy behind - good or bad. father bush is one of the worlds largest cocain/crack dealers in the world also.

my advice to the makers of this film... take everything you've recorded and burn it before you embarrass the human race by trying to glorify this this down right idiot, even if you think you were trying to make fun of him.

making films like this proves you don't need much to entertain humanities simple little minds.
by Pathetic Americans | July 28, 2008, 12:48AM
pathetic
I find it very funny how its taking people many many years to realize oh bad bush really is..
were you one of the retarded americans that voted for him? are you one of thos dumb americns that drive an SUV and complain of high gas prices? are you one of those people that have never investigated 9/11?
I couldnt sit threw a movie about a criminal that should be tried for war crimes for iraq and 9/11
even if it did rip on him... I want to PUKE
