The ConspiratorYou never know what’s in store on any given Friday (or whatever day you pick for movie night.) As a fan of presidential history and Robert Redford, I settled into The Conspirator with high expectations. An hour later, there I was... slipping out of the theater, leaving behind a tedious off-Broadway play disguised as a Hollywood motion picture.

historyyes, as a history major in college, i already knew this story and the outcome of the trial. but i agree that this will be a movie worth seeing, just as i thought 'gettysburg' was. allthough hollywood usually deviates from facts here and there, movies strongly based in historical fact are valuable and i for one will see this one.

Know your historyIf you know your US history, then you already know the story. The film is still worth watching.
