Whats with the "Forget everything you know" titles? Are they trying to prepare the fanbois that this isn't going to be a real Star Trek story?

perfect

A perfect short spot trailer. A quick "introduction" ..Jim Kirk.. followed by a steady rising action of intense movement and drama and at the end a climax with the audable yell.. "Augghhhhh"!

I like the full trailer better, but this one is also good. Someone is doing their job well.
