Predators

seems bit of a rip off from the original, cus arny rocks, but still i love the whole idea of the predator character ****in mean machines, but for tht dude down there sayin bwt humans cant compete with the predators? well there wud b no point in makin a film if every human they come across got slaughtered! wudnt terminator be the same if humans cudnt compete? friday the 13th? the usual "unbeatable characters" lol but ure ryt in real life predators wud own the earth n make u thier ***** lol

played the new AVP game and it was alright at best. It also had a few intresting tidbits about the origins of the two species. One suggestion was that the Predators created the aliens(xenomorphs) for hunting purposes but the movies have never hinted about this.

wonder if we'l see any new weapon/gadgets from the predators.

No matter how I slice it up in my head I just couldn't picture simple humans being any sort of challenge for the predators. It seems to me the predators must have pretty stingent rules to their hunts for some guy with a ninja sword to have any chance at all. This movie looks like it has amazing potential but it still looks like they arent giving the predators enough credit. They should introduce the female predators too lol. OH or better yet bring in the woman from AVP to make an appearance as one of the hunters. The AVP franchise isn't necessarily horrible they just havent used the concept to it's full potential.

...you can't compete with arnold swarzenegger, so i wonder how could this turn out good. maybe if the storie follows a second platoon at the same time as the original movie. though it looks pretty promising i will by first view, more or less compare it to the original

This movie looks pretty sweet. Can not wait to see some more on it.

I like the cast, that will, if anything, get me to see this movie.

when i first heard about this movie, i didn't really know what to think, but now i can't wait to watch it this summer!

well, Predator was incredible and SO cutting edge for 1987- even today the movie plays well. Predator 2, although I own it, i kinda pretend it doesn't exist. I liked AVP & the fight scenes from AVP 2, but it would've been better if it followed the general path that the books took. This Predator installment looks like it is going in the right direction, but we'll just have to see--won't we?

well , Robert Rodriguez is one of the best action directors now a days , and I want to see more of this movie is going to be awesome.

I don't know. I loved Antals Kontroll and the cast isn't half bad, but Predator was the only movie out of all the predatorish type flicks that I liked. Hopefully it will not fall into lameness category as th AVP series.
