The music in the openig seconds of the trailer is ZZ Top's "La Grange". Thorogood is close but no cigar. Take another listen.

The first piece of music, which starts five seconds in, and ends at 0:26, is "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer" by George Thorogood and The Destroyers. The second piece of music, which starts at 1:31 and plays on and off until the trailer ends, is "Spaceman" by The Killers.

It's not Pixar

The animation looks really good and at first I thought Pixar is behind it, but it turns out it's a new animation company Ilion Animation Studio. Good to see others do excellent work too.
