Still not buyin' it.

This is the third trailer I've seen for this film and it's the first one that doesn't make the project look like an awful waste of time. However, it's still not enough to interest me.

movies released at the same time

I get this was a book series but whats with hollywood releasing same genre type of movies at the same time, first all the robots apocalype sort of movies now greek mythology. Though this movie does look good even though "the chosen one" has been done again.

hopefully

the books are great. now i'm finally excited for the movie. hopefully they remained faithful to the books. christopher columbus can make a good couple of movies from this series. hope it does well at the box office, and hopefully its not to childish. will probaly see it eventually. can it live up to the books???

That's more like it!!!

Much, much better than the first and second trailers a couple months ago. NOW it's starting to look alot less like the Dark is Rising and MORE like a genuine, big-budget fantasy film in the vein of Harry Potter.
