Mirror Mirror

Okay, first, I can talk crap if I want to. I believe that's everyone's right. Second, don't spout off about something when you're so obviously lacking intelligence concerning the topic. This isn't based on a film, it's based on a German tale collected by the brothers Grimm. So, unless the queen dances herself to death wearing hot iron shoes I'd say that they 'bastardized the source material'. And speaking of bastardized, I wouldn't even bring Alice in Wonderland up. The Tim Burton version was such a monumental piece of sh*t it wasn't even worth the rental. Get your head off your high horse and out of your ass.

Reminds me of the movie Enchanted, some of it looks corny , but i would take my little girls to see this one over the huntsman snow white, because that movie is a more darker film, this one is more light hearted .

Why don't people see what Tarsem is going for. Its ovious he's basing the world and the mood of the movie on the original Snow White movie from disney.
If it seems cartoony and made for kids maybe thats because its based on a cartoon that was made for kids.I think he made this movie for fans of the old disney film that wanted a live action version of that. I wouldn't be surprised to see a song and dance number featuring anthropomorphic animals.
So please stop talking crap about his film just because he didn't use the usual hollywood method of bastardizing the source material until it's unrecognizable. While some films pull this off like Alice in Wonderland there are others that fall flat like dragon ball.
Instead he went with an adaptation that keeps the feel of the original intact. Whith this film you know what your gonna get and with the other it's a gamble.
I for one am looking forward to seeing both films.

Not if I was tied down and my eyelids were screwed to my forehead. I'll see the OTHER Snow White.
