Based on the classic novel by Oscar Wilde, Dorian Gray tells the story of a strikingly beautiful young man named Dorian (Ben Barnes). He arrives in Victorian London and is swept into a social whirlwind by the charismatic Henry Wotton (Colin Firth), who introduces Dorian to the hedonistic pleasures of the city. When a portrait of Dorian is unveiled, such is it's beauty that he makes a pledge: he would give anything to stay as he is in the picture - even his soul.

Not convinced.

The sets look more intriguing than the performance of Ben Barnes in that clip. The music was ridiculously over the top in the trailer too. This film has a big hill to climb if it's going to improve on the well-done original.

Movie awesome, Music annoying

Movie looks cool. The music was super loud and distracting though. I could hardly hear what they were saying.

I'm pretty excited for this one. Hollywood has been using some of the same actors in a bunch of films recently, so I'm glad to see some not-to-familiar-facese.
