Awesom
The Movie of the year and I love the Song The BIrd and the Worm by The Used. Screw Game Informer for saying its a God of War ripoff. Clash of the Tiitans is a classic and I cant wait to see how they updated it. Damn the Gods

Medusa FTW!
Medusa gave my brother and I nightmares from watching her in the original. This version gave me goosebumps!

Can't Wait
I saw the original in the theater in 1981 when it came out, and I thought it was cheesy but a lot of fun. It's hard to top Laurence Olivier as Zeus! But, if what's shown in these trailers, and wiith Liam Neeson taking on the Zeus role, this is going to be fantastic. I can't wait to see all of the special effects - there is so much more that can be done these days than in the early 1980's. More than anything, the story itself drove this movie (as it should) have. The story of Perseus is timeless.

I can't wait to see this movie. I remember when I was a kid the original was my favorite movie and this has Liam Neeson and Sam Worthington. I love them. This movie will be awesome.

OMG!
Yes! I saw the original in the theatre and really liked it- so much that i bought the DVD to play for my kids years ago. Now I get to take them to see this one and from what I see, it looks like it's going to kick some SERIOUS rear end! RIGHT ON!

release the Cracken!
When the original came out, I was... 11. Today, my 11yr old nephew tells me about this "new" movie coming out and we watched the trailer for Clash of the Titans. Not sure who was more excited. Yeah, he thought I was lying when I told him this was already a movie. "back in the day", we had to use our imagination on the original, and pretend it all looked good; but this time... going to be a visual mecca!

Bubo
A movie is not 89% music. It's not a damn music video. Try watching less MTV/MTV2, Nightgamer. Anywho the movie looks like it might be pretty damn good. I loved the Original, but I'm sad that Bubo won't be making an appearance. He was my favorite character in the original as a kid. Yes they did show a lot of the movie in this trailer.
by MeMyself | December 19, 2009, 1:26PM
cant wait!!
This movie is gonna be great! Cant wait to see it, yes they might have revealed a little too much but who cares!! We're gonna have an amazin movie to see, great graphs.

Medusa
You have to be looking directly at Medusa to be turned to stone, thus why Perseus is not turned to stone with his back to her.
by Griffin | December 19, 2009, 8:19AM
sad now
wayyyyy toooo mucchhhhhh of the movie was in this trailer.
I am sad now
And why is Medusa chasing Perseus. If she looks at him at all he should be turned to stone. Whats with that?

the other thing im tired of rant rant
the other thing im tired of is when franchises reboot and dont pay any respect to fans of the original like the crappy nightmare on elm street remake (98% sure itll be pg13 to boot) for dropping the entire cast of the original and west craven for example. (no englund wasnt asked verified on his website). hopefully they will include some reference to the original movie as the reason people go see tv to movies and movie reboots/remakes are out of nostolgia to the original series. At least they had nimoy in 2009 star trek.
by nightgamer360@yahoo.com | December 18, 2009, 12:12PM
ehe visualy great bad execution
I for one am really tired of both sequels and remakes dropping musical scores wich tank thier franchises as aparently studio heads do not understand music is 89% of a movie/tv show and just as important as a character in it. The rock music is completely out of place for the trailer *cringes*, I hope its not in the movie. Electric guitar synth work for 300 but not the blatant rock music that is this music. Im only going for Liam Neeson. Im dreading tron 2 and hated star trek 2009 for its sucky score and the terminator franchise as well as bond movies all suck now because of thrown out great music. where would star wars or jaws be without thier scores? or psycho original. half the movies they are now.

Looks good
As a huge fan of the cheese original, I'm looking forward to this, but I can see I'm going to compare it to the first one. (which is pretty accurate with the Illiad). However, this will be a hit and is visually stunning.

YES!!!
yes yes yes
by RayRay | December 17, 2009, 12:32PM
WOW!
What can you say about the original? it was great. I'm happy to see a re vamped version of a classic. Great cast, and i'll admit the more Computer graphics, the better. Can't say that about alot of movies but i think it's safe to say that for this one. A movie both me and my husband can see together.
by Hairyman | December 17, 2009, 10:47AM
eh
Better than the teaser, but not quite enough to make me jump for it.
by fresh72 | December 17, 2009, 9:42AM
KRAKEN
Damn that thing is badass and "Damn the Gods", sounds a lot better than "Titans will Clash"
by doggonahogg | December 17, 2009, 6:06AM
Dang
I wasn't that interested in this film before now. But this trailer just totally sold me on it.
by a-parkman@live.com | December 17, 2009, 1:46AM
Lil too much
I'm kinda sad that they gave away the Kraken. I wish they would've left it out of all the trailers so it would've been that much more of a shocker while watching the movie. Other than that, this trailer has sold me and I will definitely be seeing it.
by Mariam McEwen | December 17, 2009, 12:47AM
Better than the original!!
Being a history buff as a kid, I watched the old version and fell in love with the cheesy graphics and really bad acting that was called "cutting edge" in their time. This movie will definitely take the place of the classic. I'm not too proud to say the gory and the most graphic the better. This will kick ass.
by thsope | December 16, 2009, 11:18PM
a
this is great! must watch!

by flabbybuns | December 16, 2009, 10:17PM
Badass
Looksl ike a whole bunch of badass. I can only wonder what this film looks like as a feature though. You know, slowed down a bit (I'd assume).
by acaddyfordaddy | December 16, 2009, 9:17PM
Meh.
It looks to be more spectacle than film.
