Jackie is NO Robert...Jackie is NO Robert.
Is this the only thing Michael Bay will tap-into, is movie remakes (Post Transformers)? That's too bad. I was just beginning to think that he was transforming his career, but I must of been getting ahead of myself.
As far as I'm concerned, this movie should of went straight to video. I'll never pay to see any "Movie-Remake,' nor would I even download a free version of it.
I'd rather see the Originals on Blu-Ray.

50/50This looks like it could be a decent effort or a crash and burn

*sigh*It looks like they've taken something truly special and turned it into something typical. Like the other guy said: I'll go see it, but with low expectations.

NightmareThis looks like a great remake. It doesn't even bother me that R. Englund is not going to play Freddy. He had an excellent run and did a fantastic job. Been a Nightmare fan since it began .Good luck to the new guy. Looking foward to sequels. Gotta have 'em!!
"One... two... Freddy's comin' for you..............

good trailer but still don't like the voice.could'nt they at least modify his voice so he doesn't sound like rorshach? I mean that's all I hear when he talks, rorshcach dressed to look like freddy.

Ehi don't like how it's trying to top some of the best scenes from the original like when his face shows through the wall. The original cloth wall trick was so effective but now it just looks cg. I'll still go see it but with low expectations, which is probably the best way to see it. Also Englund forever.

Yes sirI really want to see this movie, I've always been a fan of Freddy Krueger. I'm still kinda iffy about the "new" Freddy though, Englund was always bada** in the other movies. The new Freddy's voice isn't my cup of tea...but I'm def gonna see it!

His voiceI want to see it, but i don't think I can get over the voice. JEH is awesome, but Englunds voice is pretty much iconic Krueger. When Englund has a speaking role in a different movie I Hear and think Freddy Krueger everytime.

"Teen Actors'Did you say TEEN actors? Dude, they all look well into their twenties early thirties with the exception of one of them. Why is it so hard for Hollywood to cast teens or people that at least resemble teens in their movies?
by Selfstyler | February 25, 2010, 7:03AM
No thanksLooks like an unecessary rehash.
