Feature trailer for Gone Girl.

With his wife's disappearance having become the focus of an intense media circus, a man sees the spotlight turned on him when it's suspected that he may not be innocent.

Readers of the book should get a kick out of this trailer considering it introduces just about every piece of evidence that works against Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) including the wooden dolls, the puzzle notes, the underwear and, most importantly, Amy's (Rosamund Pike) "diary."

Attempting to give the film a more mystery-thriller vibe, it abandons the formula used in the first trailer in order to better introduce more characters -- Desi (Neil Patrick Harris) for one -- and plot elements. However, since the book is a wonderful mystery told from the lead suspect it might have been better to leave some of the findings and clues out of the preview and instead stick the artsier approach used previously.
