A friend at work played Act I for me and I had to race home and find it to watch the end. Worth it!

Amazing

I think the most amazing thing about this piece is while we come to understand Dr. Horrible, we are never made to love him. It is Billy that we come to love. I thiink that is one reason the ending is so touching. In a way, Billy is dead too. Dr. Horrible has taken control now that Billy has lost everything he ever cared for. It is a genius piece of work.
Penny's death always makes me cry. I don't think it is so much that she dies, but the fact that she dies still proclaiming her care for Hammer.

Genius, touching ending

the ending shows how Dr. Horrible finally achieves what he wants. But the ending song and final scene (where he's in normal clothes vlogging) allure to the fact that what he really needed was to be with penney. he says the lines "And now I'm fine" and then "I won't feel--' *cut to final scene* "--a thing." Now that penney is dead, he's really become the true evil that he wanted, since without her he is but a numb shell of evil.

wow every time i watch this i get sad at the end and its like "i won't feel a thing" i wanna cry i want them to make more dr horrible its so good:)
