An intensely emotional half hour 'race-against-time' drama that follows a group of people all facing their own death, or the certain, imminent death of their nearest and dearest. The Kershaws' son, Mike, a promising cyclist, has suffered fatal head injuries after a terrible accident and the family are at odds with one another regarding his potential organ donation. Meanwhile, Dr Masa Yamaguchi is faced with the likelihood he will lose two patients within hours of each other if a donor cannot be found. If there is only one donor he has a terrible choice to make... The clock ticks down and the race to 'save a life' depends on the Kershaws' deciding what Mike would truly have wanted...
