Upon awakening from a coma, Trevor Blackburn (Andras Jones) is greeted by sinister doctors in a home for the criminally insane and informed that he has murdered his wife in a sacrificial killing. Trevor struggles to reclaim his life and is further shrouded in confusion when sadistic experiments are conducted on him. Meanwhile other patients are dying off or missing one by one and Trevor attempts to uncover this mystery as well as the secrets to his own identity--and sanity.
