Several strangers stumble upon an article from a 70 year old murder that revolves around lost artifacts that are rumored to be located inside the 13th Unit at their local storage facility. When they decide to break in and explore the building they fall into a trap and unwittingly find themselves being hunted by a terrifying beast. Together, the strangers must team up and fight the supernatural creature in order to survive.
