Cary and Marty are brothers forced to live with their uncle, who makes no secret about his loathing of the situation. Cary is older and more experienced forcing Marty to always be runner up in a two man race. When Cary gets in trouble with a neighborhood thug he decides to solve the problem by robbing his new girlfriend. Marty sees this as the perfect opportunity to prove his maturity.
