Charles and Deborah Rosenblad are not your typical next-door neighbors. Despite the appearance of a loving, All-American family, they are cannibalistic monsters who take great pleasure in torturing and murdering neighbors in their basement. But like any married couple, the Rosenblads are not the picture of wedded bliss.
