Dave (Devon Sawa), Sam (Jason Segel) and Jeff (Michael Maronna) have lied, cheated and schemed their way through college. The three roommates are about to graduate Holden University when nerdy Ethan, (Jason Schwartzman) accidentally catches Dave cheating on an exam. Ethan threatens to expose the three slackers, unless they use their unethical expertise to get him Angela.
