Shrove Tuesday is a dark fairytale, a homage to the Brothers Grimm, and to the slasher films of the 1970s and 1980s. It is the story of strong, bloody medieval vengeance, as woman, murdered for her beliefs, returns from beyond the grave to slay all of those who sent her to hell.
