Billionaire Ninagawa has put a bounty on the head of Kiyomaru (Tatsuya Fujiwara), the man who savagely murdered his young granddaughter. Fearing for his life, Kiyomaru comes out of hiding and turns himself in. As the entire nation sets their sights on killing him, five Security Police and one detective have just 48 hours to escort Kiyomaru to Tokyo Metro HQ.

Ordinary citizens, cops and even riot police join the quest to kill Kiyomaru and claim the reward. The do-or-die mission begins!
