Upcoming sequel to the surprise disaster b-movie, the film features an expanded cast including Vivica A. Fox, Kari Wuhrer, Kelly Osbourne, Benjy Bronk, Judah Friedlander, Andy Dick and Kelly Osbourne for good measure. As before, a weather system lifts sharks out of the ocean and instead of throwing them into Los Angeles, the sequel places the story in New York.

Ian Ziering and Tara Reid reprise their roles as Fin and April.
