Howard Lewis was arrested in 2005 for the concealment of his wife's body, following her death by natural causes. For the five months following her death, Howard Lewis continued to undertake his normal routine; going to work, volunteering in the local post office and even sleeping in the same bed as his dead wife. With access to the private and painful experiences of an elderly man upon the loss of his wife, follow the journey from denial to acceptance, interrogating the state of mind of the lead character and the motivations behind his actions. How does an elderly person cope with separation after a lifetime together? How does someone begin to function alone or even acknowledge the dependency they may have had on another?
