Five best friends from college (played by Scarlett Johansson, Kate McKinnon, Jillian Bell, Ilana Glazer, and Zoë Kravitz) reunite 10 years later for a wild bachelorette weekend in Miami. Their hard partying takes a hilariously dark turn when they accidentally kill a male stripper. Amidst the craziness of trying to cover it up, they're ultimately brought closer together when it matters most.

The film was originally titled Rock That Body, to serve as a pun that can apply in multiple ways towards the premise. Rough Night was shorter, so...

The trailer ends with a joke about how everybody, if sexually active, has HPV. This statement is pretty accurate.

After watching the first trailer for Rough Night, I summed it up as being a female version of Very Bad Things. The whole "bachelor party kills a stripper" concept has been done. So this looked like a remake of sorts. But, on the other hand, Very Bad Things was rarely a fun movie. Dark comedy, sure, but disturbing just the same.

And now with the latest red band trailer we are introduced to a story that may kick off Very Bad Things-ish, but then spirals into a Weekend at Bernie's sort of comedy. The stripper hanging out of the sun roof? Hilarious.

While I am typically hesitant about some all-female comedies, this one looks to hold nothing back. Can't wait.

Oh, and going back to the HPV joke. It's amazing how often you can hear that "everybody has it" discussion when hanging around a popular bar. Just saying.
