A circus family traveling on Halloween reaches an impasse when the two children want to go trick or treating while their parents are focused on getting to the next town. When the daughter makes her Dad realize he has lost the magic of childhood, he pulls off the road into a parking lot and makes their dream come true in a way the children never expected.
