Kevin Ogar, a gifted athlete destined for greatness, suddenly finds himself paralyzed from the waist down with his dream of making it to the CrossFit Games shattered. Ogar: Will of Steel is the story of one man’s fight to survive, build a new life, and find the courage to dream again. In the ashes of a lost destiny, Ogar rekindles a love that has always been there: his love of coaching. Only now he has to figure out how to do it from a wheelchair. He rises to the challenge and even decides he will go after another longtime dream: earning the coveted red shirt worn by CrossFit’s super elite Seminar Staff. This is an achievement no one in a wheelchair has ever attained or even attempted. Along the way, he finds that much of his life feels almost strangely predestined. The “will of steel” that brought him back from the brink of death not only serves him in pursuing his own goals, but presents him with opportunities to inspire and reach others in ways he never dreamed were possible.
