The Four Horsemen (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Lizzy Caplan) return for a second mind-bending adventure, elevating the limits of stage illusion to new heights and taking them around the globe. One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their Robin Hood-style magic spectacles, the illusionists resurface for a comeback performance in hopes of exposing the unethical practices of a tech magnate. The man behind their vanishing act is none other than Walter Marby (Daniel Radcliffe), a tech prodigy who threatens the Horsemen into pulling off their most impossible heist yet. Their only hope is to perform one last unprecedented stunt to clear their names and reveal the mastermind behind it all.

You may have noticed that there is a change in the dynamic of the Four Horsemen. Lizzy Caplan has replaced Isla Fisher as the woman of the group, but why? Well, it is because Isla Fisher was  pregnant.

Now you see me 2 will be the sixth time Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine appear in the same film! They previously starred together in:

Freedom: A History of Us
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
The Dark Knight Rises
Now You See Me

They are also set to star together in a seventh film: Going in Style which will hit theaters on April 7, 2017.

I am a sucker for magic and really liked the first film. I love the element of surprise and you really never know what will happen next. You keep trying to guess what they will do, but the plot twist and turns keep you interested. Plus they pair this magic into a heist film which makes it all that much more appealing.

I do feel that some of the "magic" feels a bit fake and not as real like they created it using CGI (which they did), and wish they could stick to more believable magic "tricks".

It looks like they kept the magic formula in this second film with a twist that the magic is now played on them. I also think that Daniel Radcliffe added as the so called "bad guy" is a great addition and he looks like a perfect fit.

We will have to just wait until we get a chance to see the film whether or not Walter gets the best of The Four Horsemen or it is the Four who have a "trick" up their sleeve and turn the tables on Walter.
