When a number of U. S. moon rockets explode in midair shortly after launching from Cape Kennedy, secret agent Harry Sennet (nicknamed Goldman because of his unlimited expense account) is assigned to investigate the possibility of sabotage. Accompanied by his assistant Patricia, he goes to Miami to check on the disappearance of a prominent nuclear scientist.
