Charlize Theron, who voices Monkey in Kubo and the Two Strings, is actually a child of domestic violence. When she was a teenager, Theron's father attacked her mother, causing her mother to shoot and kill her father in self defense. Not exactly a "fun" fact, but pretty dang interesting. To bring it back to fun, English is actually Theron's second language, with her first language being Afrikaans.

Art Pakinson, who voices Kumbo, is the same kid from Dracula Untold. If you haven't seen that and his voice still sounds familiar, that is because he also plays the role of Rickon Stark in HBO's Game of Thrones.

Universal Pictures has to be having some fun with each trailer release for Kubo and the Two Strings. With four trailers now available, if you factor in the teaser, each preview seems to be better than the last. What all trailers before this lacked, however, was dialogue. Not anymore.

The theatrical trailer finally gives audiences an idea of the film's premise, thanks to the help of dialogue and plenty more action. From day one this stop-motion has at least looked incredible, and now Laika is showing off something that seems fantastic as a whole.

Can't imagine why audiences would want to miss out on a chance of seeing Kubo and the Two Strings in theaters, especially with the opportunity to see the film in 3D.
