Emily (Jenny Mollen) and Max (Jason Biggs) are on their second date. Emily asks Max to help her retrieve some belongings from her ex-boyfriend Daniel's (Rhys Coiro) house. When they arrive her key doesn't work. To Max's surprise she scales a wall, leaving him to wonder what exactly is going on. She reassures him that it's totally fine and proceeds to take a whole lot of things- some of them questionable. As all this is going on a nervous Max finds comfort in the companionship of Daniel's dog, Gina Girl (Gina Girl). They decide to take the dog as well. Suddenly, the door opens to reveal not Daniel but Daniel's new live-in girlfriend Caitlynn (Julie Benz). Caitlynn justifiably freaks out and chaos ensues. Even after hitting Caitlynn over the head with a piece of wood and absconding her from her house- Emily insists that everything is cool and she has no feelings for her ex. Her ultimate goal is for all four of them to be friends. In the end Caitlynn is tied up in Max's car, the dog is wearing an elaborate costume and the cops arrive....
