After the demise of the Jurassic World theme park on Isla Nublar, the dinosaurs roam freely on the island for four years until an impending volcanic eruption threatens to make them go extinct a second time. Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), the former park manager, has now founded the Dinosaur Protection Group, an organization dedicated to saving the dinosaurs. She recruits Owen Grady (Chris Pratt), a former dinosaur trainer who worked at the park, to help her rescue the remaining dinosaurs from the island. Owen also tries to find Blue, the last remaining of the four Velociraptors he trained, but he and Claire learn about a conspiracy that could result in dinosaurs taking over the Earth once again.

Universal Pictures hopes to keep the box office success of the Jurassic Park franchise going. The first film was a huge hit and the following two sequels were a bit of a let down at the box office, but the last Jurassic World film was a monster success. Here are the films box office numbers:

Jurassic World - $652 Million
Jurassic Park III - $181 Million
The Lost World: Jurassic Park - $229 Million
Jurassic Park - $402 Million

Jeff Goldblum has the most recognizable voices from the franchise and he confirmed his involvement on the movie on December 6, 2017, marking his return after 21 years from The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) and 25 years after Jurassic Park (1993).

WOW...now that is the trailer you would expect to see from a Jurassic Park film. Unlike the previous trailers, this one focuses on the sheer terror and those scary moments of anticipation we saw in the first film.

Now, this could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you talk to. But, we get much more plot details in this film. We get to see the new ultimate breed they have developed and Blue's major role in the film. Some may say that this trailer gives away too much, but kind of disagree because when was the last time you went to a Jurassic Park film for the plot. I think this trailer has me actually now wanting to see the film unlike the previous ones...so job well done.
