Jack Reacher: Never Go Back Theatrical Trailer (2016)

Jack Reacher must uncover the truth behind a major government conspiracy in order to clear his name. On the run as a fugitive from the law, Reacher uncovers a potential secret from his past that could change his life forever.

With Henry Jackman composing the film's score, this will mark Director Edward Zwick's first film since Blood Diamond (2006) not to be scored by James Newton Howard. These films include Love & Other Drugs, Pawn Sacrifice, and Defiance.

Edward Zwick, who co-wrote the script for Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, has also a couple projects in the pipeline that he has written. One is The Great Wall starring Matt Damon. And, the other film is American Assassin starring Dylan O'Brien.

Paramount Studio recently released the Jack Reacher: Never Stop Punching video game. You play as Reacher, the heroic ex-military policeman, who wanders the mean streets of these United States hunting for bad guys to pummel. You can play Never Stop Punching at the film’s website or on your Android whatever.

I did love the first film and I an eagerly anticipating this second one. This trailer plays an excellent companion piece to the first trailer. The Theatrical Trailer has about two-thirds of the same footage as the first and throws in bits and pieces of new footage.

This new trailer plays to the crowd who does not like to see too much of a film in the trailer before heading to the theaters. Just enough action to hook you into going to the theater...which if you are a fan of the first film, you would go no matter what they show in the trailers.

It seems like we are being treated to some potentially great sequels recently with Jason Bourne, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back and John Wick: Chapter Two coming out in Feb 2017. It will be interesting to see which film people think will come out on top. Personally I think John Wick will win but Jack Reacher could be not too far behind.
