Pete is on the search for happiness and what will make him happy is destroying the four employees he fears most. These four employees are everything Pete is not, they are a threat to his happiness and all that he knows. When these four employees further threaten Pete's entire existence, he heads down a deadly path and takes a course of action that he has wanted to take for as long as he can remember.
