Extended look trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy shows tons of never before seen footage and some longer running sequences from the film. Preview was released at the same time as a special 17-minute preview that hit select theaters along with the first day of pre-sale tickets on Fandango. Viewers will also notice much more dialogue from Rocket Raccoon and plenty of shots featuring Ronan the Accuser.
Speaking of the 17-minute preview shown in select theaters. The feedback from that has been positive, with audiences confirming that the energy witnessed in the trailers definitely seems to exist in the film itself.
Marvel's first trailer for the film featured the track "Hooked on a Feeling" by Blue Swede and it was awesome. The following set of trailers backed off the pop-soundtrack while attempting to deliver more dialogue. This trailer returns to form, with the "Cherry Bomb" track perfectly mixed in to dialogue, title cards, and action sequences.
