Surrounded by the urban decay of daily inner city life, young teenagers seek solace and direction from an expert Kung Fu master, Shi Fu (Xian Gao, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon). Under his tutorship, the gang soon learn elite fighting moves and a new way of life. However the rules of life are not as simple as the rules of martial arts and soon a young girl's secret starts a turf war and spells disaster for the newly formed group.
