The Studio was so confident with the reviews for the first film even before the film was released in theaters that they announced they were already green-lighting a second film 3 days before it hit theaters.

There MANY MANY other actors considered for the roles of Cable and Domino

For Domino: Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Lizzy Caplan, Kerry Washington, Sienna Miller, Ruby Rose, Mackenzie Davis, Kelly Rohrbach, Eve Hewson, Sofia Boutella, Stephanie Sigman, Sylvia Hoeks and Janelle Monáe were all considered and screen tested before the role went to Zazie Beetz.

For Cable: Dolph Lundgren, Mel Gibson, Kurt Russell, Bruce Willis, Alec Baldwin, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Stephen Lang, Ron Perlman, Pierce Brosnan and David Harbour were all considered before the role went to Josh Brolin.

We finally finally get to see the much awaited debut of Josh Brolin as Cable. The rumor mill and debates have been going on ever since the film was announced about who should play Cable, who should not and then finally if Josh Brolin was the correct choice. Well now, that debate can now be fueled by our first footage.

You have to love the true Deadpool humor of this trailer, especially how he cuts in when they show a scene of Cable without the VFX on his arm. Not that this film is going to need too much hye to do well at the box office, but this trailer is the perfect kickoff!
