Jesse and Emily have moved into to a small remote cabin near a medical facility for her disabled brother Zach; who suffers from an extreme case of cerebral palsy. With the help from their friends, Michelle and Woodrow, they all quickly got settled in. After spending a single night where they discovered strange symbols on the boarded up windows and encounter terrifying dreams they awoke to Zach miraculously being able to walk. Something isn't right, something feels wrong about Zach and soon the group finds themselves part of an occult game where they are not just fighting for their lives but against the demons from their past and present that have haunted them.
