There's always a first time for everyone. Mitch (Michael Suchanek) is always competing with his older brother Sean (Shad Hart). A star soccer player and the center of attention, he's a hard act for Mitch to follow.
When the Police Captain Stacy (Dick Van Patten) moves in next door with his beautiful daughter Gwen (Lindsey Brooke), Big Brother Trouble begins.
Now with the help of his friends he tries everything to win her back. Nothing works until the day of the City Championship Game when Sean and Gwen are kidnapped by Oddo (Bo Hopkins) to insure that the Cats lose. Their coach (Mario Lopez) depends on Sean to win. As the clock winds down, it's up to Mitch and his buddies to become the heroes in the exciting final chase.
