Ten years after having graduated from the same school, Teddy and Lloyd are both feeling stuck. High school basketball star Teddy can't bring himself to play anymore. Lloyd, a once prolific artist, no longer paints. At their high school reunion, the pair strike up a conversation, open up to each other and quickly bond. Seeing their own flaws in each other, they're no longer able to deny the truth: they're both completely depressed. Lloyd and Teddy decide from that moment forward to pursue one simple goal: to be awesome.

Being Awesome is a story about discovering how much it is that you really have to offer and what it truly means to be, in all aspects of life, a success.
