Cut off from the internet and seeing his copies being eradicated by the Avengers, Ultron (voiced by James Spader) sees no other option but to preserve the last copy of his conscious by fleeing in an injured robot. He doesn't get far, however, as he encounters Vision (Paul Bettany). Ultron and Vision discuss the eccentricities of the human race shortly before Vision is forced to kill Ultron once and for good.
Considering that I adored every scene in Avengers: Age of Ultron that involved the Vision and the dialogue that came with the character, I found this scene to be one of the most profound in the entire film. Also glad to see Paul Bettany get his big Marvel payoff after the investment of voicing Jarvis for all those years.
