The trailer for Adulthood which will be available On-Demand via IFC Festival Direct starting November 18th.

Powerful, disturbing and moving in equal measure, Clark's acclaimed KIDULTHOOD (2005) took us deep into London’s unseen underbelly, delivering a raw, hard-hitting reflection of what life is like for 21st century teenagers, where sex is currency, drugs are easy to come by and violence is a way of life. Six years on, ADULTHOOD finds Sam Peel released from jail for killing Trife, and he soon realizes that life is no easier on the outside than the inside. He is forced to confront the people he hurt the most. Some have moved on, others are stuck with the repercussions of his actions that night, but one thing’s for certain - everyone has been forced to grow up.

Award-winning actor/writer Noel Clarke who created the original screenplay for KIDULTHOOD and played the antagonist role of Sam Peel, has also written the screenplay for Adulthood and reprises the role of Sam as well as taking the helm in his directorial debut.
