This is Public Enemies mixed with the Untouchables and some LA Confidential. Most of the cast chooses solid material which means this will be good.
Gangster Squad
Trailer
(2:33)
Looks to be a very solid film!

I think this will be an excellent re-imagining of the film Total Recall that Schwarzenneger did in 1990. Hard to believe it has been over 20 yrs but this looks solid to me. Besides, who does not want to see a Beckinsale vs Biel catfight?
Total Recall (2012)
Trailer
(2:27)
This going to blow away most sci-fi films in the past couple of years ... This is a story that has special effects and not the other way around
Prometheus
Feature Trailer

I do not need to talk to hear myself, Frostlowery. I was providing additional info that goes beyond the trailer but thanks for your concern. Anyone who liked the Bourne trilogy is going to love this story.
The Bourne Legacy
Trailer
(1:57)
This is not about Bourne specifically. It is about a guy who went through the same program after Jason Bourne. It takes place before the end of Bourne Ultimatim and is based on a series of books by Eric vonLustbader who continued the stories with Ludlum's blessing. They are not rebooting but telling the story of another graduate of the Bourne program. A program called Outcome (as in controlling the outcome of a situation).

Previously the movie rights were owned by Columbia/Sony. This is the move to bring Spiderman back into the Marvel Studios fold for Hollywood. Marvel has been slowly making this move for a long time. Film looks good.
The Amazing Spider-Man
Feature Trailer
(2:34)
This is coming out Valentine's Day for all those men who can safely call it that day Singles Awareness Day. This is meant to be just a fun film to escape life for a couple of hours. There is nothing serious meant in the film. Just go and enjoy it. To me, it looks like they are all in the film to just have fun and are in on the joke. Will I see this film? .. Yes, as a matinee.
This Means War
Trailer
(2:31)
I think it will be a solid film and certainly a step outside the norm which is why DeNiro probably signed on. He no longer is choosing projects that are cookie cutter, just like Limitless was original enough compared to most of what came out of Hollywood at that time. I also enjjoy the irony of Sigourney Weaver being in a film with a horror/thriller/mind game element to it by Nostromo Pictures. :)
Red Lights
Trailer
(2:30)
This is very definitely a prequel.... How far in advance of Alien has not been stated but it is a prequel.
Prometheus
Trailer
(1:08)
The use of the song is supposed to draw you in but is having the opposite effect. They should have used Two Steps From Hell. As for the story, yep, it is original. It's about Kronos getting Ares and Hades on his side so he can get free and kill his son, Zeus. As for Manson, this is the tamest song he has. Go back to his very first album and listen to "I Am The God of Fuck!"
Wrath of the Titans
Trailer
(2:03)
While Will Sasso will do great as Curly and Sean Hayes is a capable Larry, they never should have been done in color ... Sister Bernice is there for any guy who wants to see her
The Three Stooges
Trailer
(1:47)
This is the first one of his films I would actually see. It looks like it has an actual story that could be good for the satire. ... Makes you wonder if Isla Fisher is rubbing off on him somewhat.
The Dictator
Trailer
(1:56)
This is not the Disney version but the actual Grimm's Tales version.... Makes me wonder how far they'll actually go with it because in the original Grimm's Tales, the Huntsman rapes Snow White first before attempting to turn her over to Queen Maeve While I agree Stewart is mostly there for the Twilight crowd, she has had a few decent performances like the one with Dakota Fanning and also Panic Room... the rest of the time, she's a dud.
Snow White and the Huntsman
Trailer
(1:53)
It does look excellent and the kind of film that might have been homogenized by the studios too.
Elite Squad 2: The Enemy Within
Feature Trailer
(1:52)
Before labeling it as propaganda perhaps you better see what it is really about. ... Soldiers kill that is there job -- to fight the enemy. Policymakers decide where the wars are. If this is as the description, a story of stopping a terrorist attack on the USA, then those Navy SEALs took an oath to protect the USA and will do what is necessary to maintain that oath.
Act of Valor
Trailer
(2:38)
I'm not a big Terrence Howard fan but I'm a big fan of history. I'm also a fan of David Oyelowo, Michael B Jordan, and Cuba Gooding Jr ... I'll be seeing this film for multiple reasons. The correct story just needs to be told. Americans died defending Americans in a war of the skies while attacking the enemy. End of Story
Red Tails
Trailer
(2:38)
Keep in mind this is supposed to be Cruise's last run with Ethan Hunt. The series hands off to Jeremy Renner's Brandt after this. I was not too fond of Eminem's song interrupting the MI theme. Also, Josh Holloway was a bonus in the trailer. Good to know he is still working after the TV show LOST.
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
Trailer
(2:25)
This looks exceptional and Fassbender has quickly joined my collection of favorite actors to watch. This is definitively Oscar bait for all involved including the underrated Vincent Cassel.
A Dangerous Method
Trailer
(1:48)
This is lightning in a bottle. Just wondering they'll insert Fury into it. Looks awesome!
Captain America: The First Avenger
Trailer
(2:31)
Looks good and hopefully they pull it off
The Three Musketeers 3D
Trailer
(1:23)
This film was written by McQuarrie (the Academy Award Winning writer of Usual Suspects) so you know the script is top notch.
X-Men: First Class
Trailer
(1:51)
If you know your US history, then you already know the story. The film is still worth watching.
The Conspirator
Trailer
(2:25)
Looks to be a solid alien invasion/survival film...
Battle: Los Angeles
Feature Trailer

And there is Natalie nude too...... I'm in!
No Strings Attached (2011)
Red Band Trailer
(2:59)
Seems average at best.... I'll wait until official reviews come in before I see it.
Cedar Rapids
Trailer
(2:32)
I'm in ... the soundtrack alone is worth the price of admission.
Take Me Home Tonight
Trailer
(2:32)
Could be a good romp .... Glad to see Natalie Portman broadening her range and of course she looks amazing as always. I'll most likely see this one.
Your Highness
Red Band Trailer
(3:31)
Never saw Kick Ass but certainly know who Hit-Girl is: a profane urban girl trained by father to go after criminals. Hanna is not Hit-Girl and the story would be underwraps as opposed to a urban street crime. This is more espionage oriented which marks much higher as a need to see for me. I'm in.
Hanna
Trailer
(2:31)
A solid film from the trailer. Adding Dwayne Johnson, he no longer goes by The Rock, to the cast is a bonus. Gotta like the foot chases through shantytown and of course the driving. Makes you wonder about stealing cars from a train. When they finally finish putting out all of the films in this collection, I hope they make a box seet with them in chronological order.
